Bhel, yeah it’s Mysuru famous Kolhapuri Bhel !

Kolhapuri Bhel totally differs from the  bhel available at regular Panipuri shops. The puffed rice(Mandakki) used to make is slightly shorter in length but bigger in size.To that, they will add finely chopped onions, coriander, chat powder, pea nuts but the best thing which gives the taste is the sweet made of tamarind, dates and jaggery which is very thick and has sweetness to the core. So overall it is spicy, sweet and little tangy in taste. Garnished with their ‘trade mark’ item, the ‘marinated andfried chilly’, along with that, they add a small slice of mango.
