INGREDIENTS
Rice flour – 1 cup
Rava – 1/2 Cup
Maida – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1-2 Finely chopped
Coriander leaves – Finely chopped
Curry leaves – Finely chopped
Hing / Asafoetida – pinch
Chilli powder – 1/2 TSP
Ginger – 1 inch, (paste/grated)
Salt as per Taste
Oil(hot oil recommended) – 2-3 TSP for mixing
STEPS
1) Take a Large bowl, add rice flour, rava and maida.
2) Now add onions, chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, hing, ginger chilli powder, salt. Give it a good mix.
3) Add hot oil and mix with the spoon or hands
4) Now add required amount of water and combine well to form a soft dough
5) Leave the dough for 10-20 mins
6) Take a small ball amount of dough with greased hands and flatten it on a butter paper
7)Deep fry in hot oil until it turns Golden Brown.
( If you like it soft you can remove before it becomes crispy)
