Recipe Details :
Ingredients
green chillies – 8
turmeric – 1/2 tea spoon
oil – 3 to 4 tea spoon
onion – 3
garlic – 2 whole
ginger – 2 inch
coconut – 1 cup
coriander powder – 1 and 1/2 tea spoon
coriander leaves
cinnamon – 2 to 3 inch
cloves – 8
Procedure :
Fry onion (2 medium size) , chillies , ginger and garlic for 5 mins..( till the onion become translucent )
Grind 1 cup coconut , clove ( 8 ) , cinnamon (2 -3 inch )
add all the fried items into the grinder and make it a past ( not a smooth paste )
at the end add coriander leaves to grinder and give it a turn
take pan….add oil…1 small onion ( fine chop )…1/4 tea spoon turmeric….fry
add chicken to pan…add salt
fry till all the water is evaporated
Now add the masala past to the chicken and fry.
Cook for 10 mins by adding little water
